ABSTRACT
Start-up Team
Organization: Who should be on the team and when should they
be involved in the project. The topic discusses the roles and
members of a start-up team. Emphasis is placed on getting O&M
staff involved in start-up planning during the design phase.
Teams should ask during the design phase how will equipment
be tested, where is the supply of process fluids and where
will it be routed during testing and start-up. Several useful
check lists were provided to remind design and start-up teams
of items that must be included in the start-up process. An
example project was used to illustrate the process..
